MS Sazdovska was born on 6th March 1983 in Skopje, where she completed her primary schooling and her secondary education at the Vasil Antevski Dren secondary vocational school of economy and law.

She graduated from the Iustinianus Primus Faculty of Law at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius State University in Skopje in June 2006, majoring in Legal Studies.

She started her attorney at law practical training in September 2006, first as a volunteer at the Skopje 1 Basic Court in Skopje, and then carrying out her legal profession pupillage in the TRPENOSKI Law Firm.

Ms Sazdovska passed her bar exam in February 2009, and has been a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia since March 2009. She is currently working as attorney at law in the TRPENOSKI Law Firm.

Her special fields of interest are Civil Law, Commercial Law and Labour Relations, as well as Criminal Law.

In December 2009, she participated in training on the topic of Juvenile Justice – Treating Minors, upon which she was awarded a certificate giving her the right to represent minors.

In the period between December 2010 and September 2011, she acted as an external associate in a major company, whose operational activity has a market share in the country of over 50%. The goal of this collaboration was to address legal risks and negative consequences that could have arisen for the company, by reviewing and application of different scenarios resulting from study of international best practices for the purpose of improvement and balancing of the company’s ratings, and striving towards minimising possible negative consequences that could have arisen due to the fast pace of changes in the country’s legal system.

Ms Sazdovska took active part in the organisation of Shareholders’ General Assemblies through the preparation of all necessary materials and procedures, and their presentation.

She participated in a seminar organised by the Association of Lawyers between 20th and 22nd October 2011 in Ohrid, on the topic of Realisation and Protection of Rights from Employment and Health Insurance in the Private and Public Sectors.

In December 2013, Ms Sazdovska attended training focusing on: manner of securing the need for workers and seasonal workers in trade companies, new revised agreements prior to termination, termination of employment contracts with and without a notice period, suspension of workers, annual leave – how to acquire and use it, paid leave, daily and weekly leave, holidays, days of leave, payment of per diems and official travel, perpetrators of damage, types of damage and damage compensation, notice periods, minimal periods, compensation in cash in lieu of notice periods, unionising of workers in trade companies, overtime, basic obligations of employers pursuant to the Law on Safety at Work, organised in Budapest, Hungary, by the Chamber of Commerce of Macedonia.

In March 2018, in Brussels, Belgium, she completes the international training for Practical Application of 1999 FIDIC – International Federation of Consulting Engineers, organized by ECV Consultancy LTD United Kingdom.

From March 2018, she is registered as a licensed mediator in the Chamber of Mediators of the Republic of North Macedonia.

She is proficient in English.
