Ms. Zafirovska- Miliseva was born on 22nd October 1982 in Skopje, where she completed her primary and secondary education.

She graduated from the “Iustinianus Primus” Faculty of Law at the “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” State University in Skopje in September 2006, majoring in Legal Studies.

Her legal profession pupillage started in April 2007. She passed her bar exam in June 2009, and has been a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia since October 2009.

She is currently working as attorney at law in the TRPENOSKI Law Firm.

Ms. Zafirovska attended and completed training in human rights for professionals working on programmes for mitigation of damages in Skopje, which was organised by OSCE in 2007. Also organised by the OSCE was the 2007 training on Human Trafficking she attended and completed.

In October 2007, she participated in training aimed at attorneys at law for the International Criminal Tribunal for the Countries of Former Yugoslavia focusing on the specificities of the court procedure from the viewpoint of the defence attorney, organised by the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia.

Ms. Zafirovska participated in the Foundation Open Society Institute Macedonia funded project for representing and protecting the human rights of drug users, which took place from February 2007 to 2008.

She also completed training for developing defence skills in criminal proceedings (June-November 2008), which was organised by OSCE.

In December 2009 she took part in the workshop held on the topic of “Juvenile Justice – Treating Minors”, organised by the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia, and was awarded a certificate giving her the right to represent minors.

In January 2010, she attended training on the topic of “Parole and Detention on Remand”, organised by the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia, awarding her a certificate of completion.

On 11th of May 2016 she participated on a seminar on the Construction law and construction land in Hotel Queens Skopje – Company for consulting services ACT! Skopje.

In March, 2018, participated in international Training Course on The Practical use of the 1999 FIDIC- International Federation of Consulting Engineers, organized by ECV Consultancy LTD United Kingdom in partnership with FIDIC

Her special interests are the fields of Commercial Law, Civil Law and Criminal Law.

Ms. Zafirovska acts as a representative for a number of domestic and foreign natural persons and legal entities in front of courts and other authorities in the Republic of Macedonia, ensuring maximum protection of the rights and interests of the clients in each individual case.

She is a representative in a number of commercial cases, in which the clients are renown companies operating in the Republic of Macedonia, the value of the claims being estimated at significant amounts; part of them have been completed in favour of the clients, and part are disputes in process in front of courts on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.

In addition of domestic and foreign legal entities, she acts as a representative of natural persons in front of domestic courts in a number of Civil Law cases, especially focusing on compensation of damages (tangible and intangible), which are either active at the moment or have been concluded in favour of the clients.

She is proficient in English.
