Ms Miloshevska was born on 15th November 1978 in Skopje, where she completed her primary and secondary education.
She graduated from the Iustinianus Primus Faculty of Law at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius State University in Skopje in December 2002, majoring in Legal Studies.
She carried out her legal profession pupillage starting April 2003, and passed the bar exam in April 2005 and has been a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia since June 2006; she is currently working as attorney at law at the TRPENOSKI Law Firm.
She is member of the Executive Board of the TRPENOSKI Law Firm, and has been appointed as the Firm’s authorised person for protection of personal data.
Ms Miloshevska has participated at a number of workshops covering areas of Civil Law, Commercial Law and International Law, focusing particularly on issues related to Trade Companies and Labour Relations.
She participated in a seminar organised by the Association of Lawyers in the period 05-07/11/2009 in Ohrid on issues connected with the Law on Property and other Material Assets, the Law on Real Estate Cadastre and the Law on Trade Companies.
Between 13th and 15th May 2010, in Struga, she also participated in a seminar organised by the Association of Lawyers on issues connected with the Law on Trade Companies and the Law on Employment.
She took part in a seminar organised by the Association of Lawyers, in the period 21-23/10/2010, in Ohrid, addressing issues arising from the Law on Employment.
Further, Ms Miloshevska participated in a seminar organised by the Association of Lawyers between 20th and 22nd October 2011 in Ohrid, on the topic of Realisation and Protection of Rights from Employment and Health Insurance in the Private and Public Sectors.
She took active part in a seminar organised by the Association of Lawyers from 10th to 12th May 2012 in Ohrid addressing issues connected with the amendments to the Law on Litigation Proceedings, the Law on Enforcement, the Law on Employment, the Law on Health Protection and the Law on Health Insurance.
She participated in a seminar organised by the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Macedonia in the period 05-09/12/2013, in Budapest, related to the Law on Employment and the Law on Safety and Health at Work.
In 2006, 2008 and 2009, Ms Miloshevska took active part in the due diligence carried out as part of the process of acquisition and merger of important international companies. Her special interest lies in Commercial Law, Civil Law, Labour Relations and Trade Law.
She represents clients in a number of civil cases, especially in the area of Labour Relations and Trade Law, where she has demonstrated success and managed to end all employment and Law on Trade Companies cases she was responsible for in the course of the last year in favour of her clients.
In the Law Firm, she is responsible for the Department of Payment Orders. To this end, she organises and controls timely and efficient legal protection to a number of clients, renowned companies in the Republic of Macedonia.
She represents domestic and foreign natural persons and legal entities in front of courts and other authorities in the Republic of Macedonia, ensuring maximum professional protection of the rights and interests of each individual client.
She has initiated several proceedings for the protection of human rights in front of the European Court for Human Rights in Strasbourg, Republic of France.
She is responsible for the work of the Law Firm’s Department covering Trade Law, Probate and Family Law, Foreign Citizens – Employment, Medical, Pension and Social Insurance, Damages Compensation and Insurance.
She is proficient in English.
