Mr. Davidovski was born on 12th August 1972 in Skopje, where he completed his primary and secondary education.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius State University in Skopje in February 1997, majoring Jurisprudence.
He has been practicing law since February 1997.
He passed the bar exam in December 1999 and has been a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia since July 2001. He is currently working as attorney at law in the TRPENOSKI Law Firm.
Following the Decision of the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia from 17th November 2005, together with Jovan Trpenoski and Natasha Trpenoska Trenchevska, attorneys at law, he founded the TRPENOSKI Law Firm, as a special legal entity, in accordance with the Law on the Legal Profession.
He is member of the Executive Board of the TRPENOSKI Law Firm.
His particular interests lie in Commercial Law, Civil Law and Labor Relations. In line with his interest, he has participated in a number of workshops and training events in the stated areas of law.
Mr. Davidovski has also taken part in special training events on specificities of agreements for financial leasing, factoring, franchising, distribution, know-how, licensing, trade agreements, and arbitration as a way of dispute resolution, and IOU pledge as means of securing claims, among other issues, for which he has been awarded special certificates.
In the TRPENOSKI Law Firm, he is responsible for cases in the areas of Commercial and Civil Law and Labor Relations, where he represents his clients in person in front of competent courts.
A special area of expertise and his basic field of operation is representation in front of competent courts of complex commercial cases of high financial value, and he has managed to obtain a high rate of completion of cases in favor of the respective represented client.
In the course of years before and still he has ensured positive outcome in a number of court cases pertaining to Commercial and Banking Law in the areas of guarantees and collection of significant amounts of pecuniary claims on diverse grounds in favor of the clients of the TRPENOSKI Law Firm, namely renowned national banks and companies, through valid and binding rulings confirmed by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Macedonia.
Chambers EUROPE has recommended Mr. Davidovski, of the TRPENOSKI Law Firm, as leading individual for Corporate and Commercial Law and ranked him as a recommended attorney at law in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law in Macedonia.
