Ms Trpenoska Trenchevska was born on 17th April 1967 in Ohrid. In 1975 she moved to Skopje, where she completed her primary and secondary education.<\/p>\n
She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the \u201cCyril and Methodius\u201d University in Skopje in April 1990, majoring in Jurisprudence, with an average grade of 8.57 (the maximum grade being 10).<\/p>\n
After graduation, from September 1990 until May 1992, she worked as an intern in the District Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office in Skopje.<\/p>\n
In May 1992 she was registered in the Directory of Attorney Apprentices of the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia.<\/p>\n
She passed the bar exam in June 1995, and has been a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia since July 1995.<\/p>\n
Following the Decision of the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia from 17th November 2005, she founded together with Jovan Trpenoski and Dejvi Davidovski, attorneys at law, the TRPENOSKI Law Firm as a separate legal entity, in accordance with the Law on the Legal Profession.
\nNatasha Trpenoska Trenchevska, attorney at law, is the authorised representative of the TRPENOSKI Law Firm, as Founding and Managing partner and President of the Executive Board of the Law Firm.<\/p>\n
In her many years of experience, she has been the founder and President of non-governmental organizations related to law.
\nShe is President of the Supervisory Board of AD Zito Luks Skopje.<\/p>\n
She figures on the roster of permanent Arbitrators at the Permanent Elected Court of Arbitration at the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Macedonia addressing disputes of domestic and foreign nature.
\nShe is a delegate of the Basic Bar Association in the Assembly of the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia Skopje, a member of the Institute of Directors and former Disciplinary Prosecutor at the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia Skopje and a member of the Commission for Cooperation with Foreign Lawyers and Legal Organizations at the Bar Association Macedonia.<\/p>\n
She has been appointed as designated Legal Adviser of the Austrian Embassy in Skopje by the Ministry of Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Austria.
\nShe provides his education through continuous seminars on European law, corporate law – management, criminal law with a special aspect of human trafficking, building networks of cooperation between the countries of Southeast Europe, banking law, finance, arbitration, competition, labour relations in institutions, organizations and chambers in Europe and the United States.
\nShe has a diploma for completed education in English Language Business Management.<\/p>\n
Her particular interests lie in Commercial Law, Banking Law, Telecommunications and Trade Law, especially in the part of foreign investments, as well as Labour Relations, and Organisation and Restructuring of Companies.<\/p>\n
With the recent developments and changes in the practicing of the legal profession, Ms Trpenoska Trenchevska is increasingly taking on the responsibility for ensuring unimpeded, continuous and high quality provision of legal services to the Firm\u2019s clients. She has successfully managed the overall work of the Firm, which now consists of 15 attorneys at law, all registered at the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia, and enables the Law Firm to meet the diverse needs of the firm\u2019s attorneys through tailor-made in-service training.
\nShe attends regular meetings with clients daily, takes an active part in legal events, creates and controls documentation in the field of corporate and contract law.
\nShe personally represents several business cases, where the claims refer to significant amounts. Last year alone, several cases before the courts in all instances in the country, including the Supreme Court, were successfully completed in favor of the client. This year, in addition to other lawsuits, she is involved in defense of clients and criminal cases that cause the greatest public interest.<\/p>\n
In the Law Firm, Ms Trpenoska Trenchevska is responsible for the Department for Protection of Competition, Arbitration and Mediation, Management, Corporate Law, and Due Diligence.<\/p>\n
She is proficient in English.<\/p>\n
